Several of our clients have called or written to express their emotions regarding
their Vendetta bicycles and their experience in working with us.
I love the bike, the ride is really sweet and it's indescribably beautiful.
Please thank the painter for getting it done in time for us to pick it up and for
doing such an awesome job!
I finally got around to riding a century on the Vendetta. While my
legs feel tired, I think this is about the best I have felt after riding
100 miles (97.7 actually). The bike felt great and fits me really well...
Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I am really happy with the
fit and ride of the bike. I got a number of compliments on it, too.
These came mostly from people riding steel frames in the sea of carbon.
Absolutely no bike envy for me, however.
It was cold last night and when I left for my ride at about 10:30 AM, it was still
only about 30 degrees. But sub-freezing temperatures wouldn't stop me from getting on the
Vendetta. I just had to avoid the frozen puddles.
I had an excellent ride, though the bike reminds me that I need to get into
much better shape to appreciate its full potential.
It rides so smoothly and rolls like a dream. Unfortunately, it isn't
quite able to violate the laws of physics and I still have to pedal up the hills.
The handling is spot-on: quick and responsive but very stable at speed.
Guys,
Wow, that thing likes to go fast! Had a couple of speedy,
hand-freezing descents and it was super plush and stable.
Makes me wish I had more balls!
Hi Conor,
I got the bike all done and I have to say you guys did one hell of a job.
It came out perfect, rides great, looks great, it's perfect! I have about 7 bikes
still and it's the only one that sleeps in my room, not in the garage ha-ha.
Please extend my thanks to Garrett and the painter, I couldn't be more pleased with how
it turned out.
Take care
Hey guys,
I'm actually writing to say how great the bike is. I've taken her out on numerous club
rides, you know the kind, where all the carbon and ti frames come out to play.
Everybody is blown away by the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.
The bike rides like a dream, super smooth and stable at speed. The fork whistles
in the pitch of d# at the right speed, so I guess the bike sings.
Regards,
Hi Conor...
I wanted to tell you that I've been riding the fixie up to Mt. Bachelor from my
house ...about a 15 mile climb...and I LOVE MY BIKE!!!! Really, it's hard to describe...it's
so quiet (almost silent), rock solid on descents, and just gorgeous! Anyway...this is what
is called post-purchase satisfaction!
If you ever need a reference for a client, just let me know!
I hope your summer is (was) good and that you have lots of orders...give my best to Garrett...
Conor,
I rode the bike once on a sunny day for 25 miles and once on a day I knew it was
going to rain so I could see its water performance.
The bike rides like a dream. It is stable and absorbs the bumpy roads here well.
People who see the bike and want to talk with me about it swear it is an antique.
The bike is absolutely beautiful and is everything that I wanted.
On the rainy day I rode it around the tidal basin when the cherry
blossoms were in full bloom. I have to say it was a magical moment.
The entire experience, from deposit, to discussions, to pictures, to the final
ride has been absolutely fantastic. It was a pleasure working with you and
Garret and I thank you for your time, patience, and craftsmanship.
ps - The seat and chain stays are the BOMB!!!
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Love it!!!!!!
Thanks for the great work.
Conor,
Below are a couple of pics of the bike with the fork you guys built. I think it looks beautiful!
Thanks again - you guys are artists.
Hi Conor,
Thanks for everything.
I love, love, love the bike! it rides like a dream!!!!!
WOW!!!!!!!
What a bike!!!! Garrett & yourself should be proud of that
one — a worthy addition to the Vendetta gallery. The paint job
is a wonderful creation, too.
I cannot wait to take that out for a spin! Thank
you both once again for all the hard work.
Oh, & it's raining here in South Staffordshire, too :-)
Our customers are quite a passionate bunch.
