Okay, you've perused the web site.
You like what you see.
Now what?
Call or email and we can discuss your project. These initial conversations will determine the overall purpose/goals/design parameters of the frame project at a high-level.
Once you decide to place an order we require a $500 deposit to reserve your spot in our build queue. We also understand that sometimes life gets in the way and your deposit is refundable at any time before we purchase materials for your bike.
As your build spot approaches we'll check in to finalize sizing, either working from body measurements or an existing bike that you really like or ideally meeting with you in person.

We will also work with you to select the tubing and fitments that best meets your needs.
When it comes to aesthetics, one option is that we work together on choosing all the details—lugs, color scheme, which bits are polished etc., while another option is to tell us about things that you find interesting and what color(s) you like. We've had a customer tell us, “I want something special and not purple” which was a lot of fun for us.
It doesn't matter to us which path you take, and it usually works out somewhere in-between. Many people appreciate an element of surprise in the final product.
Throughout the build process we'll keep you posted with pictures and contact you with questions as they arise.
After your frame returns from paint, your balance will be due and we'll make shipping or pick-up/delivery arrangements.
